At SAGAN Vienna, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition with all tags and protective packaging intact, then include the original invoice inside the box.

  Ship the Return

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our Vienna studio; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
